WELCOME

Our understanding of how autism presents in adults has increased exponentially in the last few years. We now know that autism can look very different in adults than it does in children, especially when someone has spent their lifetime trying to hide (or mask) their "non-neurotypical" traits. My speciality is in identifying autism among highly-masked adults who have been undiagnosed, or more commonly, misdiagnosed. I believe that correct diagnosis, no matter how late in life, can be meaningful, validating, and useful in planning for the future.

Offering strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, collaborative and therapeutic autism assessments

Our increased awareness of how autism presents in adults with lower support needs is truly a missing piece to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM-5), allowing us to diagnose more accurately and improve therapeutic techniques.
